Autonomy Management is a global, full-service music company built around artists and their audiences.

We work closely with songwriters, performers, producers, managers, labels (major and indie), distributors, and publishers. Our team creates bespoke, engaging campaigns tailored to what each artist needs — from release strategy and creative development to digital marketing, A&R, live strategy, and artist management.

We’re a young, music-obsessed team backed by experienced founders — hands-on, thoughtful, and genuinely excited to help artists grow for the long term (without losing what makes each artist unique).

Every project needs someone joining the dots. We work out what matters, who it’s for, and how to reach them — then set goals, build the plan, map the timeline, lock in the budget, and run it with you.
We work with brand new artists, established names, and major labels, across all genres.

ARTIST MANAGEMENT
We manage a small, carefully chosen roster. We run the business day-to-day, spot opportunities, and stay close to our artists.

DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media can be overwhelming. Sometimes we guide and shape the content; other times we run it end-to-end. Either way, it’s about strong ideas, detail, and staying in sync with the artist.

CREATIVE DIRECTION
It’s not just photos and videos. We shape the full look and feel and make sure it resonates across every channel. We bring the right people for the budget — and tease the best out of them.

TEAM AND A&R
We’ve been doing this for years, so we know who to call. We build the right team around each project — producers, writers, PR, live, legal, collaborators, partners.
On the A&R side, we help artists define what they need, sharpen the direction, and move the music forward (and yes, we’ll give you an honest opinion).
